Is it possible to get replacements, to keep my tool collection complete?
All tools are available both in set form and as lose items. So when tools are at the end of their life-time or lost then it’s possible to order each specific item from your tool-station at your local dealer. This is also the case for replacement parts of tools, such as the moving parts in ratchet handles.

When defects arise on my tools, how is the process of warrantee?
You should bring your tools to your locale dealer, there they will judge if the defect will be repaired or replaced under warrantee and then they will send the tools back to Ronin Tools.
